When I was a kid, I would get each year's MMTB annual report, which gave a
faithful account of the number of substations, their installed capacity,
and lots of other interesting material about the tracks and power supply
and changes/improvements made during the year. I still have a number of
these marvellous documents.

Why is such basic information no longer apparently available? Is it to
stop people like us finding out the true state of things?
