My local government area has introduced what they call 'Pop up Bike Lanes' designed to give cyclists some priority.

The attached pic shows how it looks in Pascoe Vale Rd where a combination of flexible bollards and lots of paint give cyclists and tram passengers a little more protection at the tram stop at Salisbury St.

I will be checking back regularly to see how long the bollards last!
