Mal, thanks for the location.  Now on the corner of Grant and Dodds
Street.  Close to another odd 19th century sculpture - either the old
Shot Tower from the Latrobe St site, or the water tower for providing
high pressure water services to the hydraulic cranes in Victoria Docks? 
Nicely wrapped in a steel exo-skeleton!

The Yellow Peril might be Heritage Listed, but someone has added a
Graffito (Graffitus?) the meaning of which escapes me.  On only one
side, though, the others are virginal.  (Visible via the wonders of the
Google site you sent.
