I had the opportunity to have a look at 2 when we were in Ballarat in March. It is brilliant restoration.
I like the tram in front in your pic, 407, a genuine spur geared Thomson, the noise of which would bring tears to the eye of a bag needle. 😊

Ballarat Tramway Museum had their annual general meeting yesterday and members got the privilege of a ride in Geelong No 2.
It's a high quality restoration and Warrington Cameron deserves great credit for that.
Warrington's work was recognised by a rarely issued "President's Award"
from the Council Of Tramway Museums of Australasia.
