None of the car sheds had cable haulage into the shed.

As you say, it was initially the job for a very large horse and later tractors were used.

I would assume that by 1925 it would have been a tractor.

The Toorak carshed was in Chapel St north of Toorak Rd - it was connected by a longish track running north from the corner as shown in the attached map.
