Hi John,

I can't help with the bus location, but 934 is at Preston Workshops on
the tracks near Oakover Rd.

The bus registration would have been either AT-553 or ET-553 (probably
the latter, but I'll bow to those with more bus expertise than me).

They look like MMTB official photos, and in fact the pic of 553 appeared
in the MMTB Annual Report for year ended 30 Jun 1953.

934 was withdrawn after accident damage in 1992 and is to be a source of
spare parts as the Newport trams are dispersed.
