There was a little confusion with some suggestion of a 'soft' opening on
Wednesday the 3rd to give some time to get the idea of operations before
the hordes arrive on the following Sunday.

Already the health orders have changed and we need to amend the bit
about of of Sydney region people not being welcome yet, visitors from
outside Sydney are allowed from November 1st.

The health orders have been a bit of moving target, with the politicians
making amendments all the the time that may or may not be reflected in
the actual health orders that come out a day or so later.
