I staggered across these snaps taken in 1940/1941 by an Athol W. Moore, whose negatives are in the possession of the State Library of Victoria. Amazing what you find in obscure places, and I get the impression Mr. Moore may have been a gunzel, as tram and train shots feature prominently in his photos.
