The comments on the video indicate that everybody is wise to the ruse.
They've used a three-section Sydney CAF tram in the graphic and
double-ended, which would be interesting from the steering point of view,
though not a new idea. It's exactly the same as the Brisbane "metro" and,
similarly, would not be legal on Australian roads so it would need its own
ROW. The main issue is capacity, which it would have less of than a 30
metre tram so it's in the same basket as Melbourne's truncated F class.
