That book has a photo of a rock formation near Ruffy that one of my daughters knows well --- she and friends have written about it at various times. (As in the 2017 Ruffy Gazette). Daughter says there were people planning to visit every site in the book. Whether it ever happened is unknown. Some would be difficult -- 'along the Murray'.

The attached pic is from an 1897 publication called "Glimpses of Australia".

The view looks west along King St from George St and the caption notes:

"... the cable tram which runs out to the fashionable suburbs of Darlinghurst, Potts and Darling Points."
