Flinders St: still with a lane closed for tunnel works.
14.12 Buses are replacing trains between Laverton and Werribee (an equipment fault near Hoppers Crossing). Buses have been dispatched, but may take up to an hour to arrive. 
- 14.22 Buses have begun operating, with more enroute.
- 14.32 All buses are now in operation.
- 14.44 Trains have resumed, with minor delays.  First trains: 14.24 ex Flinders St; 14.59 ex Werribee.
16.17  Craigieburn line: Major delays (fire brigade near Broadmeadows). 'Select' [ie all] trains will terminate/originate at Essendon.
- 16.44 Consider alternative transport for local trips.
- 17.03 Delays clearing.  Trains will not stop at Broadmeadows.  Buses will operate Glenroy - Broadmeadows -  Coolaroo.
- 17.15 Buses will pick up and set down at the bus interchange at Broadmeadows S/C.
- 18.00 Replacement buses are now using normal train-replacement bus stops in Pascoe Vale Rd.
- 19.05  Trains have resumed stopping.  All trains will use pfm 1.  Info displays and announcement systems are offline.
21.16 Glen Waverley line: Major delays (police near Syndal).
- 21.20 clearing.
Buses replace trains Ringwood - Lilydale from 22.30 until the last train (level-crossing works).
