That photo shows the 1973 "Golden Sunset Tour" run by the TMSV - usually
on Boxing Day.

They set out to use the old (S to E) and new (S to W) curves at the
corner of LaTrobe and Elizabeth streets.

The curve was relocated as part of the works for the underground loop.

So it's a good chance that the pics are by someone who was in the TMSV
at that time.
