If only Alstom had locked Dublin in with a section of APS - that would have fixed it (send memo to sales department that in future this oversight won’t be tolerated, anything less than what the marks and rubes, err, that is “esteemed partners in transportation excellence”, in Rio and Sydney bought will be considered a slack effort).
