I wonder if any of our (Sydney Uni, Field Robotics) PHD students want to
move to the Czech republic ?. The Siemens 'driver assistance' technology
has a couple of our alumni working on it.
Back when Google were leading on autonomous cars (they have squandered
their lead), they had to make the car 'more aggressive' at intersections
otherwise it never got to pull out. (Some of our alumni were working
with that group too :-)
