Magnificent. A pity not in colour as the livery was luscious. In those days
most operators used to give buses a clear varnish over those strong primary
colours (rather like BMW cars today) which gave them a glossy lolly-like
quality, compared to today's insipid washed-out liveries.
Speaking of trolleybuses, liveries and today's practices, here's a
trolleybus in Pilsen with what they call "overall advertising", except that
the definition of "overall" is somewhat different from that practised in
Australia. Passengers are actually respected.
