Trams don't jerk at all Mal, you should know that!

Matthew, Transdev at Taren Point is getting one of the Volgren BYD electric
buses that are on their way from Melbourne. The other two Sydney ones are
going to Transdev Mt Kuring-gai and another one to Transdev Brisbane. All
of the electric bus purchases to date are by private operators (Transit
Systems is buying even more). Not all metropolitan contract buses are being
supplied by TfNSW. They've only been testing demonstrators, not purchasing
them, but encouraging the operators to purchase their own. (Contrary to my
earlier post, it turns out that Transdev Victoria is hanging onto their
existing Volgren BYD after all.)
