This one is easy if you have been paying attention to TDU discussion over the years.

The Tramway Hotel is on the corner of St Georges Rd South and Church St in North Fitzroy.  I attach a pic of signage at the entrance.

St Georges Rd Sth does not have an electric tram nor did it ever have a cable tram - both were routed via St Georges Rd - one block further east.

So what's the explanation of the name( if not the model SW5)?
