Yes, it is a Noel Reed photo of 1295 at Balmoral Beach terminus during a Norm Boxall tour of the North Sydney system on 25/8/1052.

This tram, together with C class 12, were the 2 trams given to Norm and stored at his house. After he died, both trams were given to SPER and stored in the old depot at Loftus. Unfortunately both were destroyed when vandals set fire to the depot.
