The Port Melbourne terminus tram stop was renamed Beacon Cove some time back, but the destination remains Port Melbourne.

A couple of pics from yesterday show 3020 at the terminus and later leaving for the return journey to Box Hill.

The latter pic shows the small boom barriers plus traffic lights in use - no "Railway (or Tramway) Crossing" signs and no rail crossing flashing lights.

The crossings on this line do feature rail crossing style warning bells - but it's just through speakers and is probably aimed at pedestrians and cyclists rather than motorists.
