Wow! This almost makes the latest Sydney Light Rail look well planned and run.
It’s hard to understand how they can stuff up something as simple as a tram network when they’ve been in existence for over 130 years.
Trying to re-invent the wheel perhaps or plain lack of experience by those involved?
It must be in all their contracts that they must never seek advice from legacy systems. Toronto would have had some lessons for them after their last effort with new trams
