The most likely date would be Thursday December 17th as the next Thursday is
Christmas eve.

The Victorian Government is scheduled to announce further reductions in lock
down conditions on Sunday December 6th.
So until that time, we don't know the rules which will apply.

I was up at Heathcote Junction yesterday and it is clear that a large amount
of work was done on the standard gauge whilst NSW had us in the sin bin.

The XPT was sighted northbound which was another casualty of the sin bin
operations.
