This is similar to the Citadis Spirit for Ottawa which is similar to the
Skoda Forcity Smart which is similar to the E class. In essence, it's
nothing different from the E class except in details. Almost any
manufacturer will provide this format if that's what the customer wants -
or they may want a different format next time around.

I hope those on this forum who, in the past, wondered what the need for
level access is because they hardly ever see a wheelchair on a tram will
take note of Figure 1H on page 20 of the auditor's report. And that's
without mentioning people not classed as disabled but still having mobility
issues and parents with prams.

The people to blame for this situation are various Victorian governments
over the years who have not bothered to address the needs of the Melbourne
tram network. There are other issues too like traffic priority.
