The one in Gordon St does not fit any of those options.

I had a look at a local one today - pic attached.

It has  QR code which decodes to the number on the same label.

I'll go back another time and see if I can get a pic of the label on the underside.  I didn't notice it until I looked at today's pic.

I'm pretty sure that they are sign posts for AVM, but have no idea why there are two in some places.
