Eastern Road facilities were abandoned years go. I suppose it was either rented, or sold off if owned.
The Hub contains not only Fleet Operations, now called the Operations Centre or something like that as well as the former Carlton Control Power control centre. All are in the same room. The ‘Tram Depot’ is on the same floor but I seem to recall that offices were one floor below, but I am not sure of that now.
As for your earlier question, with the forever changing Covid situation I would not bet anything that any particular Yarra project will take place at the time predicted in the future.
