Today's pic dates from my first tram photographing exercise in Ballarat, in January 1965.

28 is inbound from Victoria St and heading down the steep hill in Bridge St.

You may find it hard to believe that this was part of the Western Highway from Melbourne to Adelaide and this was a Tuesday pic, not Sunday.
