It may be painful to watch as they over-egg the engineering achievements in
vain attempt to make it sound exciting to the masses.

Already the 'leading edge automated metro' thing in the promo grates to me
- it's anything but leading edge automation. It's 30 year old tech that
isn't properly optimised for our operating pattern and is probably too
simple minded to ever be properly optimised.

Now if Siemens had got the operating systems contract. I like their
automated train handling unlike the Alstom one which should go back to the
classroom.
