I've had a further microscopic look at that drawing and actually I don't
think there are bulkheads there. There is nothing between the seat backs
(look at the end bulkheads for comparison) and what you see in the aisle is
a step threshold (again compare with the ends). I think this is actually
a drawing of the last five R conversions as built. Some of the lines across
the aisle are measurement points for seat pitch etc. So it's interesting
that Brisbane considered the R1 design as well as the R.
