Forgot to mention that almost near to the end, there appears to be an exception to the rule of the road in Czhecko Republic that Tony has previously mentioned – everybody gives way to trams. It showed a tram waiting patiently for a stream of cars to pass before it moved.

And I agree, if you have an observation tram – tourist tram, why cover the windows with that anti-shrapnel netting?

I wed intrigued by the varying track/bogie/gear noises.  A dull rumble at the start on the reserved track around the loop, which disappeared when she got to the ordinary street track.  Also a bit different on the cobbled section.  Best at speed when the epithet ‘The whispering ghost’ came to mind, though I think that was originally applied to another vehicle.

And, Wow, a modern tram with either an opening window or else a proper windowless section a la ‘observation car’.

Of course the ultimate drinking experience would be the beautiful Tatra T3 Coupe in Prague, but I don't know what the current travel arrangements are.
