There is one Z2 (101) at Newport, allocated to Melbourne Tram Museum.

There are no other Z1 or Z2s anywhere except for three wrecks at Newport.

That's exactly the advice given to recipients and they are required to
sign off on appropriate protection as part of the deal.

Some are doing that very well already, while others seem to be lagging.
