Nice to see the first three photos were trams that I drove at different times over the years, all in the one posting.

I was well aware of the significance of 681 which at this time was the oldest tram in normal daily service.

I think 727 may have later got one of those art paint schemes.


I note that Melbourne is expecting 11° maximum tomorrow. My temperature range will be 13° to 23°, ha ha. If ever you wondered why I don’t live in Melbourne, that says it all!
