Ditto mine – using Microsoft Windows 10. But at east it is easy to fix – just convert the whe ot to a singe column, and then adjust the width f the column.

What is more annoying is that a few correspondents send messages that do not appear when they should – I just get ‘Download message and pictures’. Sometimes part of the message appear in the message list, but not the rest. The fix for this seems to be ‘delete the message and then look at it in the deleted items folder’!

Crazy!

They come out down the side on my laptop, my desktop and my Android phone all using Gmail.

My Thunderbird on the desktop has gone silly and after working very well for ages has now decided that it is off-line all the time.  I have altered nothing.  I use Thunderbird to enable me to save messages into a folder clear of the internet mail programmes and in that way I can remove the pictures from the total space allowance of my inbox which otherwise causes Gmail to send me messages about my inbox being almost full.

There is a silly bug on both sides to cause that to happen.
Paul's "Microsoft Outlook 16.0" has some formatting setting turned on that mobile phones can't display properly.
