Hi Mal, You are spot on, i was there at the time in discussions with the chief engineer for streetcars, i was attempting to get them to choose a car with rotating trucks due to their need to negotiate their min radius of 11metres. Unfortunately, the polical decision had been made that it had to be 100% low floor. As for the rest of what you said, right on the money!GregSent from Samsung tablet.
