I agree that the group should have a strong focus and it's great to see Mal is running the show admirably with a small amount of latitude but only that.

Our lives are devoted to one thing and one thing only as one of our occasional contributors decreed nearly 50 years ago. Anything less is disrespectful to "the trams".

I enjoy the discussions on here but rarely contribute having been officially labelled a "soft cock" enthusiast several years ago. How many on here are genuine soft cocks - being flaccid more so than rampant in one's mature/senior years?

But my main focus in my retirement years is planning and experiencing several overseas trips each year, always with a strong tram focus. And within the past 12 months or so we've had three "new" tram lines to "do" and another coming up (?) in Sydney. I managed to experience the northeast and southeast curves on North Terrance in regular service in Adelaide last February. Wonderful!
