Really, wow! The double decker regime in LT certainly sound like they
actively set up the artics to fail! There's nobody more deranged in the bus
industry than a double decker enthusiast (the tram industry seems to be
spared from them thank goodness). Give them a bit of rope and they run
amok. Suffering from this in Sydney at the moment. Hopefully the pendulum
will swing back to normal before too long.
