I think there was a similar video taken at Port Junction but this will do. Combinos have their faults but a few inches, or a foot of floodwater, seems not to be one of them.

The water level may have been higher earlier - when I was there it had stopped raining.

The Urbos 3 trams are afraid of getting their feet wet. One of the cars has been out of service for many months due to damage incurred by driving it through 10cm deep water. So they (the operator, Transdev) will be quite paranoid as they can't afford to loose another car.
