Alistair Coe is exactly right, the ALP MUST make a good business case to the Commonwealth government. I believe they will be able
to, and if they can the CG will tell the NCA to pull its head in and agree to overhead wires across King's Avenue Bridge and any
where else in the so called Federal precinct.

Incidentally, I can say exactly the same to GCLR, make a good business case and, if possible, promise a good return on the
additional money to be invested to make up the shortfall.
