Confirmed.

Here's a pic from Steve Ohlsen showing the bank - with one of those pesky advertising trams blocking the view!

Looking at the vicsig lists, my guess is that it is tram 900 in mid 1973.

You can clearly see the fluoro tubes and the incandescent lamps used (as Richard says) as 'ballast'.
