Looks like UK tram operations are going to find it difficult to avoid
having to implement some sort of ATP in the wake of the Croydon tram
accident.

And since we tend to copy the Brits.....

Having just thrown off the shackles of ATP on the IWLR, how long before
we get something similar back again ?.
