I've been told the environment in 'Metro' is pretty toxic too. Suburban drivers are probably quitting faster than they can train replacements.

Groups at work have had 'problems' with external management being bought in to 'make the place more efficient' and then getting into massive fights with the workers and then preside over a massive deskilling of their portfolio. The managers usually leave with their performance bonus before the system collapses due to lack of talent at the coal face.
