It occurred to me last night that at least one of the CSELR teams will be waiting at least two years before it enters service.

It will be too expensive to ship them back to Europe for resale when the CESLR collapses unfinished, so we get one for Loftus and Sell and Parker feed the others to their metal muncher monster.
