I know what they mean, but with all the other ham-fisted things that have been done in this project, including writing off Melbourne expertise which is not irrelevant to Sydney, it is quite possible that the Bozo writing that believes that Sydney has the ONLY LRVs in Australia, blissfully ignorant of the existence of the Gold Coast line which has been called (officially at least) Light Rail from the start.

‘Only in LRVs in Australia’ is how the average Joe (and Jill) will read it.
