Seeing is believing. Likewise the Victorian election promises of highspeed
rail.

As with the Victorian RFR (where 160 kmh was classified as "fast"), seeing
it maintained so it works as designed is believing.

And seeing the politicians agree on specifications but then refrain from
interfering is beyond belief.
