Every two years, the Council of Tramway Museums Australasia meets in conference.

Amongst other business, we issue awards - including "Achievement Awards".

For outstanding achievement, the Bill Kingsley Award is given, and last night that award was made to the Perth Electric Tramway Society for the immaculate restoration of Perth 66.
