"Artists" sanctioned by the local clowncil here in Bendigo, recently daubed their "art-work" all over certain bridge abutments on the Back Creek bike path, which goes past the tram sheds. Looks like glorified graffiti, minus the stupid tags, and paid for by the ratepayers once again, of course!

Cheers,

Andrew Cook (who likes watching all that brown stuff oozing out of the local clown hall and municipal administration building).

They are not artists or even "artists". They are criminals plain and simple. Gaol (or jail) is a good reward for their work.

These graffiti "artists" (of which this yellow-stripe guy is just an officially-sanctioned version) form international gangs and go around the world tagging, not only trains and the likes, but entire historic public areas.
