In Europe they appear to expect their bus drivers to operate their vehicles
with precision. Buses and trams sharing stops is common all over Germany
for example. Artics manage to pull up along side tram platforms with all 4
doors next to the platform with 'like on rails' precision.

Except the 'non in Europe UK'. were they appear to hire minimum wage
drivers in from Poland who can't even speak English, run them over the
route once, hand them a UK bus license and turn them loose. I'm sure this
situation is what our bus operators aspire to, not the German model.
