We already know that TfNSW doesn't know anything about trams. There's probably no point in picking them up on terminology and technical explanations, except to occasionally disabuse them of the veracity of the Alstom publicity machine.

Like pointing out that their "modern LRVs" are based on a late 19th century design that was subsequently superseded by a more modern and effective design, or that Alstom didn't invent regenerative braking. @@
