The Perth rail system is also turn up and go for a lot of the day, particularly peaks. Indeed the Sydney metro is pretty-much a carbon copy of Perth, apart from automation and platform screens and running more underground (and a tad slower). They couldn't pick a better model.

But I guess WA is a foreign country from east coast perspectives and doesn't count in comparisons.
