I note that to achieve target the contractors would need to lay 260m of track per day per day.
Based on previous anouncements I am assuming that refers to single track  - i.e. 130m of double track per day.

The recent Lygon St relay was 4500m of double track over 13 days - a bit over 690m of single track per day.
