That's what the article says. There will be a need to know the figure of bus passengers moving across from displaced routes to provide an idea of additional patronage generated. Presumably some (much?) of the additional will come from the Parkwood P+R. How full does that carpark get?

I was recently working out with my contact up there that at a guesstimate, about 2.5 to 3 million of the present patronage on the original line came over from the buses three years ago. The rest has been grown since then.
