Footscray local tram

It's a new year and I have new (old) pics to share with you courtesy of
A Non E Mous.

The last series featured the isolated tramways of the Victorian Railways
and today's pic shows another isolated system in Melbourne - the
Footscray tramways.

The pic probably dates from the early 1950s and shows 164, built for the
MB&CTT and X1 464 - specially built by the MMTB, primarily for the
Footscray service.

As 164 was scrapped in 1953, that's the latest possible date.
